Editorial independence

Stablecoin Accepted is not owned by or affiliated with any merchant, payment processor or stablecoin issuer listed on the site. Some merchants run referral programs we take part in; those links are marked (see Links).

How listings are ordered

  • The main directory and category pages are sorted alphabetically.
  • “Recently verified” on the home page is sorted by verification date.
  • Nothing else affects the order. There is no “featured” position in the normal lists.

How we plan to make money

Today the only possible income is referral commissions from a few merchants’ own affiliate programs (see Links). The plan, once the directory is large enough:

  • Verified Listing — a merchant pays for more frequent re-checks. It does not change the verification level, the facts or the position in the normal list.
  • Sponsored slots — clearly labelled “Sponsored”, shown separately from the normal list, with rel="sponsored" on the link.

Paid listings must pass exactly the same Listing policy and evidence rules. Paying cannot buy a listing for an excluded service, remove an accurate fact or hide a “stopped” status.

  • Links to evidence pages are always plain links.
  • A few “Visit” buttons are affiliate links: if you sign up through them, the merchant may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. They are labelled “Affiliate link” right under the button and carry rel="sponsored". Whether a merchant has an affiliate program has no effect on whether it is listed, its verification level, the facts we publish or its position in any list.
  • All links to other sites open in a new tab.

No ad networks, no trackers
